KNB Haircare respects your privacy. We guarantee that under any circumstances, we will not
sell or release your information to anyone. Any information retained from our website will be
used for order processing purposes only.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be authorized unless orders are damaged, lost,
or stolen during shipping and/or transport. All customers that may experience any of the above
qualifications for exchange are advised to complete exchange requests within 7 days of
receiving the item(s). If lost or stolen, customers must notify KNB Haircare within 7 days from
the original purchase date. All exchange requests may be emailed to knbhaircare@gmail.com.
Please be advised KNB Haircare is not responsible for any lost or stolen package(s) after the
item(s) are delivered to the address provided for the order's shipment.

 

 

 

SHIPPING
KNB Haircare ships all products domestically through US Postal Service. Processing timeframes
are subject to change due to holidays and sales. 


 

SHIPPING DELAYS
KNB Haircare is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, carrier delays, or natural
disasters. Please keep in mind that holidays are not counted as business days and should be
considered when calculating any shipping times.

PAYMENT
We accept most major credit cards. Once your order is placed, the form of payment used to
process the order will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of any KNB Haircare merchandise
will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

KNB Haircare reserves the right to make changes to these policies at our discretion. Please check
